Meet the Founder
Eddie Bonacci, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience supporting children with autism and other developmental needs. His work is grounded in a deep commitment to individualized, evidence-based, and compassionate care that empowers families and fosters meaningful progress.
As a doctoral candidate specializing in trauma-informed care, Eddie brings a nuanced understanding of how adversity and lived experiences shape behavior. This advanced training enhances his behavior analytic practice, allowing him to approach each child and family with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a strong emphasis on emotional safety.
Having worked across home, school, and community settings, Eddie draws on a wealth of practical experience to guide his interventions. He values collaboration and designs each support plan to be both effective and family-centered—ensuring strategies are not only rooted in research but also aligned with the unique needs and strengths of those he serves.
Our Vision
What began as a passion for supporting families has evolved into a comprehensive vision: to build a connected network that empowers parents, equips caregivers, and collaborates with schools to promote meaningful, lasting change.
Our services are expanding to include school-based consultations, parent training programs, and a range of behavioral support options—all grounded in evidence-based practices and delivered with compassion and respect.
Our Approach
Compassion First: We listen before we act. We build trust with families and schools to ensure the support we offer fits their unique needs.
Evidence-Based Practice: All our interventions and recommendations are grounded in the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and tailored to each client.
Collaborative Support: Whether it’s working alongside a parent or consulting with a school team, we believe in teamwork and open communication.
